Troubleshooting

Here's what you'll need to watch the video:

You need approximately 1000k of continuous incoming bandwidth in order to view a panel through a 700k link.

You will need a flash "player" to access the video webcast, you can access the free player download HERE.

Click HERE to check whether you already have the Flash Player, which also allows you to determine whether you have the proper connectivity or any potential firewall issues.

Please note that after downloading the software, you must install it. Simply downloading the software will not allow access to the webcast. Downloading and/or installing the software may require permission from your network administrator.
5. You need approximately 1000k of continuous incoming bandwidth in order to view a panel through a 700k or 800k link. If that high level of bandwidth is not available for you, your player will either not open or continuously buffer (ie. freeze). If you experience this type of problem, you will need a better internet connection to watch.

If you still have problems after downloading or testing if you already have flash. Try a diffrent browser. We recommend Firefox, but Explorer, google Chrome can work too. It really depends on your computer configuration.
