Attention NPPL Tournament Paintball Players and Paintball Players World Wide! This could be End of Paintball on June 14 2011, which means no more NPPL Huntington Beach Events!!!!!
The sport of paintball as we know it is in danger of changing forever and
we need your help to stop it! A new piece of state legislature, Bill
SB798, is nearing approval in California, and if it is passed it will
threaten the future of our beloved paintball.
SB798 will require that all paintball guns be brightly colored and made to
look like toys. This will create a massive recession within the paintball
industry as well as a huge decline in player attendance at paintball
fields.
This is not a joke, the future of paintball will literally be decided in
the next two weeks, but you can do something to help!
Attached to this press release you will find a letter that explains everything
about SB798, as well as a letter you can fill out and send to your
assembly representative. The third attachment contains contact information
for all the major representatives of the bill, who you can contact
directly and let them know that you do not support SB798.
Please Paintball friends; we will need everyone’s help to save paintball. Send
this information to your teammates and friends and ask them to join the
fight! Don't forget that this bill affects airsoft as well, so send this
important to them as well so that they too can help save both our industry
and theirs.
