NPPL Division 4 7man Player Classification Rules amendments and clarification

Attn: All NPPL Players and Teams
 
We have received lots of questions regarding the new NPPL Division 4 7man added for upcoming  NPPL Championships in Las Vegas.
 
To be clear to all current and prospective teams wanting to play in this newly formed division, only D4 ranked players may be rostered on a team in this division.
 
A D4 player is clarified in our rule book. As we have stated in previous announcements, the only exception is that no NATIONAL D3 ranked players may play in the D4 7man division.
 
Each players ranking is determined as of January 1st of the current season.

We will not be accepting any applications for reclassification to play in the D4 7man division for this upcoming final event.
